This website in short
apps.txmmes.de sets no cookies, does not track visits and loads nothing from other servers. I only receive data if you write to me via the contact form or by email.

Hosting
The website apps.txmmes.de is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and details about your browser and operating system, in order to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Contact form
If you write to me via the contact form, I process your email address and your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about an app, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form is received by Cloudflare (Workers), which delivers its content as an email to my mailbox at IONOS. Nothing is stored on the website, and neither your IP address nor browser details are included in the message. I delete it once the matter is settled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
No cookies, no analytics
The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no content from other servers. The font is loaded from the site’s own server. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Contact by email
If you email me, I process your address and your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about the app, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The emails are stored with my provider IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, with whom a data processing agreement is in place. I delete them once the matter is settled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you can object to it on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). Just send me an email at apps@txmmes.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for me is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
